Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
  • Once orders are submitted they cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
  • There are NO REFUNDS. Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were. Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • All returns are subject to denial or a restocking fee of $5 if they don’t meet our return policy.
  • Returns must include a copy of the original packing slip or a copy of the order confirmation email sent to you.
  • Returns without supporting documents will delay processing and receipt of credit
  • Items that are sale items, smell like cigarettes, laundry detergent, have visible wear from being worn WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. These items will be shipped back to customer at their expense.
  • Sale, Accessory & Intimate items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

Defective or Damaged Merchandise 

  • Please check your order upon arrival and fill out the form below to start a return or exchange if you think you have received damaged or defective merchandise. You have to contact us within 3 days of receipt, there are no exceptions. You may be required to provide a photo of the damaged item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your post office. Any packages mailed back to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at customers expense. We will not refund or replace any shipment shown as delivered. We will provide tracking information so a claim can be filed with your post office.
